President′s Message
Our company initiated its business in 1976 as FAIA AUCTION that’ was an imported cars’ auction market under the association named FAIA ,Foreign Automobile Importers Association which had been our management organization and then after that we were reestablished as another corporation named ZIP in 1996. Since then, we have been consistently running the imported cars’ auction and been in pursuit of the convenience to meet the needs of the times with our basic doctrine of fairness and integrity. In the final result, we have been able to be generally accepted as the sole company dealing with the imported cars’ auction in Japan while all of auction companies including ZIP have been connected and getting close relationships with each other under the quick improvement and development of POS system and networking. We really appreciate all of our members’ cooperation as well.

The environment surrounding the automobile industry is currently undergoing major changes. Improving the convenience and performance of cars is expected to become the norm, addressing environmental issues, pursuing safety enhancements, advancing technologies in EVs and autonomous driving, and developing Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs).
In addition to responding flexibly and swiftly to these changes, we are making steady efforts to expand our business foundation, enhance infrastructure such as venue facilities and network systems, and deepen our operational expertise. We prioritize fairness and customer convenience as primary objectives. By diligently pursuing these efforts, we make every effort to be the most user-friendly auction venue, in line with our corporate mission.
Moving forward, we hope to earn recognition from our members and broader community by leveraging our knowledge and experience. We sincerely appreciate your continued support, as all of our employees are committed to building a robust organizational structure.
